Family-Friendly Adventures in NYC for Returning Visitors

Are you curious about family activities in NYC? We've visited NYC numerous times (Mikey even attended NYU years ago), so here's what we did with our kids on our recent trip. It was a great experience, and the kids can't stop talking about it...
🍎 The Vessel in Hudson Yards - great photo op, and is now open to the public (all my previous visits, the building was closed)
🍎 The High Line - great to walk without any traffic.
🍎 The Edge Building (also Hudson Yards) - we have done it in the past, but only saw it from the bottom.
🍎 James Suckling Wine Fest - this was an amazing event for those in this industry (like my sister).
🍎 The Pier - Frying Pan Restaurant - they even let us go around the boat!
🍎 Rockefeller Center
🍎 The Lego Store - the kiddos love it.
🍎 5th Ave - Louis Vuitton Building Front (brilliant construction coverage)
🍎 Broadway Play: Maybe Happy Ending (Tony Award winner 2025 Best Musical) - Play/Musical #1 in this trip.
🍎 My kids met the cast of Maybe Happy Ending!
🍎 M&M Store - again, the kids love it!
🍎 Times Square - We went to many Broadway plays and musicals, so of course we walked around Times Square.
🍎 Broadway Play: Stranger Things: The First Shadow - Play/Musical #2 in this trip.
🍎 Family Visit at The Bronx
🍎 Ichiran restaurant (only USA locations are in NYC) - we have been dreaming about this place since we came back from Japan!
🍎 Broadway: Six - Play/Musical #3 in this trip.
🍎 Empire State Building
🍎 Broadway: Sunset Blvd (Tony Award winner 2025 for Best Revival & Best Leading Actress) - Play/Musical #4 in this trip.
